Yoga is an ancient practice that strengthens the mind, body, and soul. Unifying breath and movement is an incredible form of meditation that can truly change your life!
I am a newly certified 200HR yoga teacher! I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years, and it has truly changed my life. Through mental health struggles, to keeping me physically able, yoga has been vital for it all. I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from a yoga practice, and want to help people incorporate it into their lives! If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Let me tailor a yoga session specific to your needs! Whether you want a relaxing restorative session, an invigorating workout, or a mix of the two, I can make anything work!
All classes are available either in person or via zoom!
Starting with a vinyasa flow, this class ends with a very gentle restorative cool down
Long holds in supine postures, with lots of props. The focus of this class is to relax as deeply possible
A faster paced class, movement is linked to the breath. This is more of a workout and will leave you sweaty but rejuvenated
My rate is $100 per session (FOR DECEMBER ONLY, 50% OFF!)
